QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Q: How long should I charge my Rider?
A: A 60 second charge should give your SlimeRider™ a full charge. Make sure your SlimeRider™ is turned off while you are charging it. Avoid leaving your rider plugged in too long unattended or overnight, as this can degrade the electronics overtime.
Q: Can I use other Slime with my SlimeRider™?
A: While some other slimes may work, certain formulas can potentially damage the SlimeRider™ mechanism. For the best performance (and longest product life), we recommend using our official SlimeRider™ Slime.
Q: Does the SlimeRider™ have batteries I need to eventually replace?
A: Nope! All electronic components are fully rechargeable and do not require battery replacements.
Q: If I lose my charging cord, can I use other cords?
A: Yes. Any standard USBC charging cable should work with the SlimeRider™.
Q: How can I clean my SlimeRider™?
A: Make sure your SlimeRider™ is turned off before cleaning the gears. If there is dry slime on the gears, try wiping with a damp paper towel to clean it off. If there is slime dried between the gears and the vehicle, try rotating the gears by hand to knock it loose.
